We're based in Risinghurst with a sister club just off Iffley Road.

WHAT IS JIU JITSU?
Jiu Jitsu is a martial art based on locks and throws, invented as a way to deal with an opponent wearing armour.
We focus of self defense, using techniques to take control of your opponent and putting them onto the ground.

We train in the Risinghurst Community Centre
We have one session a week on Mondays:
Monday 19:00 - 21:00
Adults and Juniors mixed class
Mixed Ability
Large Hall
Cost (per session):
Adult: £5
Junior: £3.50
Student: £3.50
First session free!
(All the money raised is spent on the club, instructors are all volunteers.)
